What if I do not like the value after assessment?
You can choose to not accept the trade-in value, but the value shown is final.
Can multiple devices be traded in during the same transaction?
Unfortunately, only one device can be traded in per transaction.
Do I get to keep the memory card from the trade-in devices?
We recommend that you remove and keep all your memory cards before you trade-in a device
Would I be able to get back my old device back after the trade-in?
You would not be able to retrieve your old device as all trade-ins are final. Prior to trading in your device, we recommend backing up all your important content such as contacts, photos, videos, etc.
Can I trade-in my device if it does not work?
We would not be able to assess your device if we are unable to power on your device.
What if my device is not found in the trade-in device list?
You can head down to our stores to get your device assessed by our iStudio Experts to check if it is accepted.

- Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.
- "Customer" refers to the individual identified as the owner of the Product or an authorised representative who has obtained permission from the Product owner to make decisions regarding the Product.
- The Trade-in Programme is offered to iStudio customers by Laku6, acting as an independent third-party service provider. Apple is not a party to any transaction conducted under this Programme.
- Laku6 and iStudio reserve the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or limit participation in the Programme for any reason. iStudio and Laku6 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The Programme is provided solely for lawful purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iStudio, Laku6, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from Customer’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- The iStudio Trade-in Programme is available at participating iStudio stores only and excludes Airport Terminal Stores.
- The total trade-in value provided under this Programme is non-transferable and may only be applied to the eligible transaction.
- iStudio reserves the right to determine Customer eligibility at its sole discretion and may refuse participation in the event of an actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or liability to the Customer.
- iStudio reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any terms and conditions of the Programme. Where reasonably practicable, iStudio will provide advance notice of such changes through written communication, electronic mail, the iStudio website, or any other communication channels deemed appropriate.
- The iStudio Trade-in Programme is limited to one (1) device for each eligible trade-in transaction.
